Hello & Welcome
Sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. It can feel overwhelming to ask for help, especially when you're struggling to cope, find clarity, or move forward. But with the right support, meaningful change is possible.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist based in Warwick, offering counselling across Warwickshire and online throughout the UK. I provide a calm, supportive space for individuals, young people (11+), couples and families to explore what’s going on, reconnect with inner strength, and discover new ways of thinking and healing.
At Footsteps Counselling, you can access therapy in person in Warwick, or from the comfort of your own home via online sessions (Zoom or telephone).

People often seek counselling for support with:
Anxiety, panic, or overwhelm
Low self-esteem, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion
ADHD symptoms or neurodiversity-related stress
Grief and loss (including miscarriage or stillbirth)
Pregnancy or fertility treatment or trauma
Childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or abuse
Relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, separation, or divorce
Chronic illness, pain, or medical trauma
PTSD, C-PTSD and trauma

Whether you're based in Warwick , Leamington Spa, elsewhere in Warwickshire, or accessing sessions remotely, you don’t have to face things alone.
I have specialist training in supporting clients with infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and chronic health conditions, and offer a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported.
We’ll work at your pace, building confidence, making positive changes, and helping you take steps toward the life you want.
